BIO:

Maggie Sin graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto after receiving her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology, Honour Specialization with a Major in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Western Ontario. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and is a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapist.

 

Maggie is a calibrated rater for the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS). She has experience in the assessment and treatment of individuals with brain injuries, physical impairments, and other disabilities and their functional, cognitive, physical and behavioural implications. Maggie has participated in continuing education related to rehabilitation, function and quality of life, ethics and practice guidelines, and industry developments including, driver screening, dementia, refugee mental health, Logotherapy, Mental Health First Aid, sensory integration, and Mindfulness.

 

Maggie volunteers at the Day Treatment Program with her local school board and enjoys camping, crafting and various sports in her spare time.
