Ms. Phillips is a duly qualified Occupational Therapist licensed to practice in the province of Ontario (COTO# G0405815). A consultant Occupational Therapist, with a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University as well as an Honours degree in Physical and Health Education (BPHE, Hons) from the University of Toronto. Ms. Phillips has over twenty years of experience in the provision of occupational therapy consulting, assessment and treatment services. Ms. Phillips has certification in Arnadottir OT-ADL Neurobehavioral Evaluations (A-ONE) and has extensive experience conducting physical, cognitive, and psychosocial assessments, of adult claimants, including claimants with complex orthopedic injuries, ABI, and complex psychological diagnoses. Ms. Phillips has experience in management of files where Statutory Accident Benefits and Catastrophic and non-Catastrophic benefits are required. Christina has significant experience in the completion of OT In-Home Assessments, complex Cognitive and Psycho-social assessments, Attendant Care Assessments, Future Care Costs, and Catastrophic Determination Assessments. Ms. Phillips has been qualified as an expert witness in occupational therapy by the Licensed Appeal Tribunal.
