Support an employee who can’t do the job because of illness or disability

Conduct Cognitive and Mental Demands Analysis to determine a person’s cognitive and mental abilities to handle things like planning, multitasking, emotional effects of work and coping strategies.

Do a Visual Assessment and Accommodation Report of your employee’s worksite to determine any changes, accommodations or equipment that may be needed to help them work
