Ms. Lindsay Gaspar is a Registered and Practicing Occupational Therapist and Canadian Certified Life Care Planner (CCLCP) with The International Commission on Health Care Certification (ICHCC). She graduated from Queen’s University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and from The University of Western Ontario in 2003 with an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.
Ms. Gaspar is currently registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO), as well as the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT). She obtained C-CAT designation as a Certified Catastrophic Assessor with the Canadian Society of Medical Evaluators (CSME) and is thus certified to conduct assessments to aid in the determination of Catastrophic Impairments for people who have sustained Motor Vehicle Accidents. She is also an ADP Authorizer with the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
Ms. Gaspar has experience completing assessments and treatments of individuals with physical, cognitive, and emotional disorders. She has worked extensively in various settings including Hospital, Long-term Care, and Community. She specializes in the physical, functional, and psychosocial evaluation of individuals experiencing difficulty following illness or injury.
