“Working at PiOT has allowed me to expand my knowledge base and given me opportunities to work with a variety of client populations and referral sources. I love supporting my clients through their recovery journey and assisting them to reach their goals. PiOT is a small-to-mid-size boutique OT company that truly cares about its therapists and treats them like family.”
"PiOT is a wonderful company with a very supportive team. Even though we all work independently in the community rather than under one roof, I never feel like I'm on my own if I need support. I always feel like I can call someone with any questions, concerns or a challenging client situation.
Because we are devoted to our clients, we are always trying to learn more skills to better support our clients and their rehab and legal teams. We have other professionals come to speak with us to keep us up to date with new tools and resources. We meet regularly to discuss new changes in our practice area, the challenges we are facing, and support each other with problem solving. We attend industry conferences and events together."
"When I first came to work at PiOT as a junior occupational therapist, I was looking for an occupational therapy company that had good leadership, opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment. Throughout the seven years I've been here, I can say all my expectations have been met! Working at PiOT has allowed me to expand my knowledge base and has given me opportunities to work with a variety of client populations and referral sources. I love supporting my clients through their recovery journey and assisting them to reach their goals. I also like that PiOT is a small-to-mid-size boutique OT company that truly cares about its therapists and treats them like family. It isn't too large that you feel like a number. There is one-to-one support if needed, excellent admin support and many opportunities for new learning and professional development. The team at PiOT are all supportive of one another and work together to share resources and knowledge."
“It has been such a pleasure as a Case Manager to work with PiOT and their dedicated therapists – special mention to Occupational Therapists Daniella Caskie and Lisa Martin! The PiOT team are diligent, conscientious, skilled, proactive and have been delightful to work with. Arvinder has clearly fostered a team of Occupational Therapists committed to positively impacting the lives of clients and families with ABI and complex injuries!”
“It has been our pleasure to work with the professional team and staff at PiOT in assisting our injured clients and their families after a serious accident. We have always found the team at PiOT to be responsive, compassionate and dedicated, and the feedback from our clients has been consistently positive. I highly recommend the Occupational Therapy team at PiOT.”
